Mgarr United were the third team to secure promotion from the BOV Third Division to Division 2 after defeating Mdina Knights in a decisive game on Sunday.
Pembroke Athleta and Fgura United were promoted last month.On Sunday, leaders Pembroke Athleta were held in a 2-2 draw by Xghajra Tornados while Fgura United defeated Ghaxaq 2-0. One point separates the two teams before the final games which will be played next Saturday.
