Hibernians ran out worthy winners, beating Qormi 3 -1 in the Final of the U*BET F.A. Trophy.
Qormi had no reply to Hibs' supremacy, except for a late stoppage time goal by Joseph Farrugia, after the paolites had taken a 3-0 advantage through Clayton Failla's penalty goal and two superb strikes by Jackson Lima Siqueira. This was Hibernians' 9th success in the competition, with the most recent being that in 2007.
