MFA’s Digital Media Registers Activity Increase

2015 has seen an extensive activity increase on all MFA's Digital Media tools.  MFA’s Official Website has over the past twelve months seen a significant increase in traffic activity. While MFA’s Offical FB Page Malta Football Association – 1900 has during the year 2015 seen a fantastic increase in the number of those who LIKE the page.  MFA.COM.MT regsitered a 10.3% increase in the number of its average monthly users, with the number of annual pageviews now topping 1.2 million. More significant is the increase in the number of unique users throughout the year 2015, which has seen an increase of 12.8% over the previous year, and these now count to almost 200,000. The shift from desktop to mobile users continues.  Mfa.com.mt had since the end of the year 2011 experienced an annual shift of approximately 8%. The launch of MFA’s mobile website earlier this year has increased this momentum and while mobile/tablet users added to just below 20% in January 2013  those who access mfa.com.mt from mobile/tablet are now equal to those who access our website from desktop. With regards to social media. MFA’s Malta Football Association – 1900 FB Page registered a massive 41% increase in the number of those who LIKE the page, and these are now quickly nearing the 14k mark. Though numbers are lower, MFA Women’s Football FB Page has also done extremely well during 2015 and the increase in the number of those who LIKE the page has soared by 66% to just over the 3k mark. These figures are the result of MFA’s focus on it’s Digital Media Strategy laid out at the end of 2014 and augur well for the future. In fact MFA is in the final development stages of a new Social Media platform aimed at enhancing it’s Fan Engagement capabilities. Our ultimate goal is to be able to cater for Football Relationship Management (FRM), which is better known in the business sphere as CRM The new platform is expected to be launched in the early months of this year and subscription will be FREE OF CHARGE for all. Exciting times ahead in our digital world.
