Besides the launching of a new National C course three weeks ago, the Coach Educational dept. has now started a New UEFA Elite Youth A Diploma course, attended by twelve participants from various nurseries. This is the second course of its type since UEFA gave her go ahead in 2014. Such a course which is considered by UEFA to be the Pro for Youths, prepare coaches to become Head Coaches in their nurseries. This concept will be in line with the Technical Centre’s new pilot scheme for the Nursery Academies. For this course Mr. Stephen Grima, Coach Education Director, would be launching his latest publication of his new book ‘ Foundations for a Football Culture’. This will be the manual for the Nurseries who want to follow a sound LTPD philosphy for the benefit of their players.
