Senglea Athletic were presented with the cup after being declared BOV Third Division champions by MFA General Secretary Joe Gauci and Parliamentary Secretary for Innovation, Research, Youth and Sport Stefan Buontempo. Apart from Senglea, the other teams to win promotion to Division 2 were Mdina Knights, Marsaskala and Marsa.
