Under 17’s friendly match: Wales 5 vs Malta 0

 In the first friendly match from two played at the Racecouse Ground in Wrexham, Malta suffered a heavy 5-0 defeat against Wales.  Sergio Soldano’s side were already two goals down by the end of the first half. In the second half, the Welsh increased their pressure and found the net for another three times. Their goal scorers were Broadhead, Woodburn, Roberts and a brace by Williams.
