Gudja United are the only team with maximum points from three matches in the BOV First Division as they came from behind to beat Gzira United 3-1.

Msida St. Joseph suffered their first defeat as they lost 1-2 to Fgura United.


Msida's defeat allowed Vittoriosa, St. George's, Melita and Mqabba to join them in second place on six points as they beat Rabat Ajax, Birzebbuga St. Peter's, Lija Athletic and Zurrieq respectively.


In another match, St. Andrews defeated Pembroke Athleta 2-1.
