In the third and last match of Group 6 of the Under 19's qualifying round played this afternoon in Graun Park Tramore AFC Stadium in Tramore, Malta dominated and won with a 3-1 final score line against Gibraltar. The Under 19's national squad showed the better football all through the 90 minutes and managed to create 25 goal attempts to the 12 created by our opponents.  However, we only managed to go in front 2 minutes from time of the first half with an Aiden Friggieri goal. Gibraltar equilised at the start of the second half when they were awarded a penalty which Coombes didn't miss.  Wayne Attard's lads remained calm and concentrated, knowing they were the best 11 on pitch. In fact, they went again in front in the 59th minute with a Degabriele goal.  The win was guranteed 4 minutes from time thanks to another goal from Guillaimer.  Malta finished 3rd in Group 6, following Switzerland and the Republic Of Ireland who shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw at the same time today. The final standings of Group 6 is:  Group 6 PPts Switzerland27 Republic of Ireland27 Malta23 Gibraltar20 The starting line-ups and more info:  GIBMalta1Dayle Coleing (GK) 1Philip Shranz (GK) 2Francis Ernest Picardo583James Brincat 3Lee Coombes325Karl Micallef 4Ethan Jolley819Axl Xuereb465Jesse Victory 10Jurgen Degabriele (C)597Thomas Peter Joseph Isola 11Joseph Mbong8510James Coombes526814Nick Ghio 11Alan Parker 15Jean Borg 12Jules Origo 16Matthew Guillaumier828615Erin Barnett (C) 17Aidan Friggieri43608916Jayce Consigliero4618Conor Borg Substitutes13Ayden Vinales (GK) 12Matthew Grech (GK) 6Scott Ballantine582Iousef Meli 8Daylian Victor464Dunstan Vella 9Kevagn Ronco686Zachary Scerri 14Jayce Mascarenhas-Olivero
