The Malta FA Refereeing Department has appointed Maltese referees to officiate in the top domestic leagues of the Luxembourg Football Federation and the Andorran Football Federation on Sunday 26th April:
FIFA Referee Marco Borg shall be the referee of the First Division match US Rumelange vs CS Grevenmacherin the town of Rumelange (south of Luxembourg City) at 16:00hours. He will be assisted by FIFA Assistant Referee Duncan Sultana and Elite Assistant Referee Luke Portelli; Christian Richartzwill act as 4th official while the referee observer will be Charles Schaack (both from Luxembourg). After 20 championship games, US Rumelange is in 6thposition with 24 points and CS Grevenmacher in 8thposition with 22 points (The BGL Ligue is made up of 14 teams). Elite Referee Sandro Spiteri shall be the referee of the Premier Division Championship Title Play-Off match FC Lusitans vs FC Santa Coloma in Estadi Comunal, Andorra, at 12:00 hours. He will be assisted by FIFA Assistant Referee William Debattista and Elite Assistant Referee Sammy Attard. The three match officials will be accompanied by MFA Referees’ Committee member Lawrence Sammut.
