Pembroke Athleta were crowned BOV First Division champions after defeating St. George's 5-2 in their final match.
A dramatic 2-2 draw between St. Andrews and Melita meant that Melita had to wait until Saturday to know whether they will take third place and hence a spot in the play-off.
Gzira United defeated Mqabba 2-0 to join the Amateurs in third place and therefore a decider is necessary.
