UEFA has appointed FIFA Referee Esther Azzopardi as the referee of the Under 19 semi-final between Group B winners Germany and Group A runners-up Sweden, being played tomorrow Friday 24th July 2015 at 1800hrs CET.


The Netanya Municipal Stadium, with a capacity of 14,000 spectators, is the venue of this important semi-final match between two old rivals at this level.  The match will be transmitted live on Eurosport.


Esther Azzopardi shall be assisted by FIFA Assistant Referees Biljana Atanasovski (FYR Macedonia) and Stephanie Forde (Belgium), while FIFA Referee Lina Lehtovaara (Finland) will act as 4th Official.


UEFA Referees’ Committee member Dagmar Damkova (Czech Republic) has been appointed as referee observer, while Monica Jorge (Portugal) will be the Match Delegate.


Group A winners France and Group B runners-up Spain will clash in the other semi-final being played at the Lod Municipal Stadium.  The match kicks off at 2030hrs CET and the referee of the match will be Rhona Daly (Republic of Ireland).
