Malta's Under 17s sufferred another heavy defeat in their last match of the International U/17 Tournament held in Hungary.

The match seemed destined for a bitter ending from the start as player Vella Dunstan was injured after 4 minutes and GK Schranz was sent off just a minute later as he fouled the Czech forward Cereck for the referee to whistle a penalty agains Malta, and red carding Schranz

Malta managed to draw level after a solo effort by Degabriele Jurgen in the 17th minute of the first half.

Once a shot by Cereck hit the upright before bouncing over the line in the 25th minute for the second goal, it alllooked like the end of Malta's hopes.

the Czech Rep had another penalty just before half time to make it 3-1

A sequence of goals in the second half by the Czech players added misery to the Maltese team.
