Mosta retained their BOV Premier League status after beating Qormi 3-1 in the relegation/promotion play-off on Friday evening.An early goal from Darko Medic had raised Qormi’s hopes of winning this play-off but Mosta, who finished second from bottom in the regular season, battled back in the second half to overturn the deficit.Quickfire goals from Jean Pierre Mifsud Triganza and Pedrinho put Mosta 2-1 ahead by the 58th minute and Njongo Priso sealed their win nine minutes from the end.
