The fixtures of the 2018/19 BOV Football Leagues in all four divisions will be announced this Wednesday, commencing at 13.30.
 


The draws of the league fixtures are an eagerly-awaited annual appointment as clubs and fans are keen to know their championship schedule for the upcoming season.

 

Matchday one of the 2018/19 BOV Premier League kicks off on August 17, 2018 while the final fixtures are pencilled in for April 27, 2019.

 

Last season’s championship went down to the wire with Valletta FC winning the BOV Premier League title in a dramatic finale on the last day.

 

The 2018/19 BOV First Division League runs from September 14, 2018 to April 28, 2019.

 

Qormi captured the first division title last season with Pietà Hotspurs promoted as runners-up.

 

The 2018/19 BOV Second Division League starts on September 8, 2018 and ends on April 20, 2019.

 

Gudja United were the winners of the second division last season after beating Santa Lucia in a championship decider. Swieqi United were also promoted to the First Division.

 

The 2018/19 BOV Third Division League lifts off on September 15, 2018, and concludes on April 14, 2019.

 

Santa Venera Lightnings won the third division title last season after seeing off the bold challenge of Mellieħa who will also play in the Second Division next season.
