Malta U-19 girls go down to Slovakia in second match

UEFA Women's U-19 Championship Qualifying SLOVAKIA 6MALTA       1 The Malta U-19 women’s team succumbed to their second defeat in the UEFA U-19 Women’s European qualifiers, losing 6-1 against Slovakia at the Gradski stadion NK Podravina Ludbreg.  Frank Schembri’s girls held their own until 27 minutes when Slovakia, who beat Croatia 6-0 in their opening game, broke the deadlock through Laura Zemberyova. On the brink of half-time, Slovakia doubled their lead and virtually sealed their win with a goal from Diana Lemesova.
