Raiders' final game of the year was a 0-4 defeat at the hands of Swieqi United while Mosta lost to Mġarr United 3-1.

Their first-round encounter had ended in a goalless stalemate.

The highlight game of the week will see the first two teams of the championship take on each other for the third time this season.

In fact, besides meeting in the league first round appointment which ended in a 1-1 draw, Birkirkara and Mġarr also met in the Super Cup.

Melania Bajada's team emerged winners 5-0 at the National Stadium on the day.
