Coaching appointments within Malta FA technical sector

As part of the on-going restructuring of the technical sector, the Malta Football Association has appointed new coaches in different age-groups. Andrea Tedesco has been appointed Malta Under-19 coach. The Italian coach’s first assignment in his new role is the friendly match against Montenegro tomorrow (Tuesday) at the Centenary Stadium (kick-off 11 a.m.) Paul Gatt, who had been in charge of the Malta FA Academy teams, has been appointed Malta Under-17 coach while Andrea Vella will lead the Under-16s. The Malta FA is also in the process of recruiting new coaches for the Under-15 age-group.
