1 – Tarxien Rainbows midfielder Erisa Ssekisambu is the first Ugandan footballer to play in the Premier League and represents the 43rd different nationality of this season.


30 – Montengrin striker Bojan Kaljevic scored his 30th goal for Mosta in the 3-1 victory over Sliema Wanderers on Wednesday.

 

40 – Luke Montebello’s stoppage-time strike in Birkirkara’s 4-2 victory against Sirens, was his 46th goal in 40 matches – Birkirkara (18), Tarxien Rainbows (12), Valletta (11), Balzan (2), Żebbuġ R. (2), Pembroke A. (1).

 

60 – Sliema Wanderers have made use of the highest number of substitutions, 60, followed by Balzan (51), Mosta (49) and Valletta (48).

 

90 – Sliema Wanderers forward Jean Paul Farrugia scored the 90th goal by Maltese players this season... in the 3-1 defeat against Mosta. It was also his 40th personal goal after the break.

 

400 – During the encounter between Balzan and Sta Lucia (1-1), assitant referee Edward Spiteri made his 400th appearance in the top division. He made his debut on 19th September, 2004 .... Żabbar SP v Floriana (0-2) played at the National Stadium. The referee was Alan Mario Sant and the other assistant referee was Joe Camilleri.
