Increasing the Employability of NEETs by tackling the skillsgap for the Sports Sector

The Malta Football Association participates to Skills4Sports, a project ‎funded by the European Union under the ENI CBC MED ‎programme, in cooperation with 7 other partners from the Mediterranean area. The project aims to increase the employability of NEETS of the Mediterranean area in the sports sector, by developing new professionals, reducing the mismatch of skills and involving key stakeholders.
