Amateur Cup and Izibet FA Trophy draws done today
The draws of the Quarter finals of the National Amateur Cup and the Preliminary Round of the Izibet FA Trophy were made on Friday at the Centenary Hall.
National Amateur Cup
This is the second time that this competition is being organised, although last year this had to be stopped abruptly due to the Covid-19 pandemic
Quarter finals of the National Amateur Cup will be played on the 27th and 28th of November 2021at the Luxol Stadium and Sirens Stadium.
Draws were as follows:
Kalkara U. vs Marsaskala
Zurrieq vs Xgħajra T.
Mellieħa vs Sta Venera L.
Zabbar SP vs Ta’ Xbiex
The winners of these games will play in the Preliminary Round of the Izibet FA Trophy
Izibet FA Trophy
The first time this competition took place was in the 1934/35 season and this year this competition has a new sponsor as in now called the Izibet FA Trophy. Sliema Wanders, with a total of 21, is the team who won this competition most. Followed closely by Floriana (20).
The Preliminary round of the Izibet FA Trophy will be played between the 7th and the 9th of December 2021
