The National Futsal Team lost its second friendly match in two days against Estonia.  The visitors scored two goals each half to win the match.

Estonia broke the deadlock thanks to Pavel Rubel shot.  Malta were unlucky not to score goals in the first half.  Eventually Estonia scored the second goal from a header by Edwin Stuf.

Estonia were the better team and scored two more goals.  The third goal came from a Mark Ivanov freekick which found Marek Naal alone whose shot was deadly.

Malta were unfortunate not to score a goal, when Giancarlo Sammut’s shot was met by the Estonian defensive wall.
