Second friendly match for Women's Under-17 side against Azerbaijan

Malta and Azerbajian met again for the second scheduled friendly match at the Rabat Ajax Ground in an entertaining game refereed by Alan Mario Sant.Jade Flask's goal proved to be the winner when she calmly converted after receiving an excellent pass from a freekick which was not dealt with by the away team today in blue. Our young girls could have easily doubled the scores on various occasions but did not manage to convert the chances created into goals. Both coaches affected numerous substitutions in the second half and Azerbajian looked livelier and with more intent to net the equaliser.
