Two local match officials in Poland for U19 UEFA tournament

The international window is back and so are back international appointments for local referees.

The Malta FA is pleased to announce that two match officials have been appointed in being part of the pool during the Qualifying Round of the European Under-19 Championship 2023 mini-tournament to be contested in Poland.

FIFA badge referee Matthew Degabriele will be joined by FIFA Assistant Referee Luke Portelli in heading to the Eastern country for this UEFA U19 competition.

The National Teams participating in this U19 Group 5 are hosts Poland, Italy, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Estonia.

All matches in this competition starting off on Wednesday 21.09, lasting up till Tuesday next week, are scheduled to be played at the Stadion Miejski w Gdyni, Gdynia in Poland.
